You can easily configure a Virtual Harness in MxTransIt to perform the ISO15765 transport protocol.   The diagram below shows how the Transform Harness should look.  The diagram also shows how we can configure KWP2000 or UDS blocks to encode and decode the diagnostic request and responses.
