The Debounce filter transmits its input (Signal) from its outport (Debounced), but only after the input has been stable for a specified hold time.  The Stable Signal is set to True when the Transform has not received a transition in the preceding hold time.

Use the Transform's properties to set the Minimum Hold Time and the Debounce Interval. The Debounce Interval is the tick period of the Transform. It should be set to less than the cycle time of the highest frequency input. If the Minimum Hold Time is set to zero (the default), all transitions are passed through immediately, effectively disabling the Transform.
