The Pulse Measurement Transform calculates the Frequency and Duty Cycle of the input Signal for a specified Measurement Window.

Use the Properties box to specify the following properties:

Measurement Window. Specify the window of time (in seconds) over which to calculate frequency and duty cycle. The measurement window ends at the current time and moves as the test runs.

Pulse Type. Specify if the input Signal is Active High or Active Low.

Update Period. Specify how often (in seconds) the outputs are calculated.

Ports

Pulse. Connect a Boolean Signal to this input port. If you are using a continuous (analog) input, route it through the Hysteresis Transform to convert it to a Boolean pulse.

Frequency. This continuous floating-point port transmits the calculated frequency of the input Signal for the preceding window.

Duty Cycle. This continuous floating-point port transmits the calculated duty cycle of the input Signal for the preceding window.
