Installation Log Files

Installation errors are logged in a version-specific log file in this format:

MicroMax_MxSuite_<version>_<date and time>.log

If your installation fails, send the installation log file to mxsupport@danlawinc.com

Using Multiple Versions of MxSuite

Side-by-side installations of the MxSuite are supported. There are two restrictions:

You may only have one default version of the MxSuite set at any time.

Make sure the installation directory of the new version is not the same as the old directory. If you use the default folder when installing the MxSuite, this should never be an issue.
